Thus, if the item you bought does not work, you can return it within 10 days upon receipt and get a full refund. If the item just does not match your expectations, you can send it back as well but in that case you will be charged a 15% restocking fee. All the items you return must be new, with the original packaging and accompanying accessories. You will be refunded as soon as we receive the item. Please note that shipping costs are non refundable.
In case the product has a quality defect and as a result does not work, you can send it back for exchange within 30 days upon receipt. In that case you will have to cover the shipping expenses for delivering the item back and we will cover the shipping expenses for delivering it to you.
In case you experience any difficulties using the item you bought at Hipcam.com, you can send it back within 1 year upon receipt and we will repair it absolutely free. In that case you will need to cover all shipping costs. However, if the item does not work through the fault of yours and some of the components need to be replaced, you will be charged the original value of those components.
